Hello, Here are some instructions regarding the Citrix logon to citrix.crusescott.com. These instructions must be followed from outside of the office, not from inside the office. ---------------------------- Open your Internet Explorer/Browser. Type "citrix.crusescott.com" in the address bar and press ENTER. You may want to save this link into your "favorites" for future reference. A logon screen should appear. You should enter your username and password as if you were at the office. You should wait 1 or 2 minutes the first time that you go here and the client software should download itself on to your computer. You should see a window popup that says it wants to install the Citrix Client and you should click on 'Yes'. If you are using Windows XP with Service Pack 2, then you may hear a noise and see a yellow colored bar near the top of your Internet Explorer window. If you do, you must click on that yellow bar and select "install activeX control" and then you will need to click "install" to continue and after a few seconds, you will need to reload/refresh the webpage and continue. Note ---- If a logon screen does not appear or if you get an error message when you try to logon, then you will need to download and install "ica32-710.exe" from www.ShudyComputers.com/files or www.ShudyConsulting.com/files or click the download link under the Help section of my sites. Just click on the filename and then select "Save" and choose to save it somewhere that is easiest for you to find such as your "desktop" or "My Documents" or the "root of your C drive". It should only take a couple of minutes or less to download, if your connected through DSL. Once the download is finished, you should be able to select the "Open" button or locate the file on your "desktop" or "My Documents" and double-click it to begin the install process. The install process basically consists of clicking next about 5 times. There are no special settings. Please make sure that no other programs are open during this time. Its best to close Internet Explorer and then reopen it before trying to connect again also. Now back to the regular process... Once you have logged on, you will see a screen that shows some icons like "Outlook" and "WordPerfect" and "Desktop". Select the "Desktop" and you will have access to everything else. Happy Citrixing.
